B4-Flash memory products are best solution for system program memory of mobile appliances and home appliances, automobile and industry electronics devices data storage which require very high reliability and high performance and large data storage for amusement and game arena. B4-Flash products are offered with package solution such as MCP (Multi Chip Package) and SiP (System in Package) to accommodate market requirements.

2. Embedded NVM IP license business

Provides NVM IP via technology license business to Semiconductor Manufacturers and other customers for embedded application; (1) “eCFlash” as embedded Flash . IP can be utilized with customer’s “Standard” CMOS process, and (2) “eB4Flash” for high density embedded Flash memory IP. Those IP’s can be used for various semiconductor applications; large data storage for SoC (System on Chip) and Microcontroller, and small data storage for security codes, ID data, trimming data, etc. contributing product planning and differentiation.
